The former Ivy Club – an apartment scheme consisting of 51 social rent units over two blocks. Faira acquired the project on behalf of Citizen housing and are currently working through some minor planning amends to improve the scheme which is estimated to complete in Q1 2027.

This former Plumbase site was acquired by Lewisham Homes in Q4 2022 and will deliver 34 much needed social rented apartments. Faira worked closely with the landowners finding a suitable main contractor at a time with rampant build cost inflation and contractor insolvencies which were making the scheme unviable. Faira worked with Lewisham Homes through contract negotiations and the project is on target to complete in 2026.

Low Road St Ives was made up of 94 units, a mix of houses and apartments which will deliver much needed mix of Shared Ownership and Affordable Rented homes to the area. The Faira team delivered this site on a land and build package basis to Settle Homes, securing the land and sourcing a build partner to deliver this complicated scheme using the LoCal MMC system.

Premiere Place was a 19-storey tower located next to Edgware tube station. The scheme was made up of 122 apartments which were delivered as Shared Ownership to Sovereign Network Group (Network Homes at the time). The site had significant complications with right of light claims and more than 10 party walls.

Sladbury Lane was a large single-family scheme made up 132 houses which was delivered to Home Group. Home Group will deliver the scheme as a truly mixed community with a mix of Shared Ownership and Affordable Rented homes. The Faira team worked close with the landowner and contractor to agree the build cost at a time with hyper build cost inflation which was putting significant strain on sector.

Tunkers Lane was a 87 unit project which would deliver a mix of shared ownership, affordable and social rented homes. The Faira team delivered the scheme to Stonewater and is due to start on site in Q3 2025.
